材料化学和生物传感方向博士后招聘

Shenzhen University (China) and University of Massachusetts at Amherst (UMass Amherst, USA) invites applications for two postdoctoral fellow positions. The candidates will conduct experiments at UMass Amherst, and jointly supervised by Prof. Xueji Zhang at Shenzhen University and Prof. Nianqiang (Nick) Wu at UMass Amherst. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications, ranging from $340k to $500K RMB/year. Evaluation of candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. If interest, please write a research proposal/statement (no more than two pages). 1. Postdoctor position in paper-based lateral flow strips for point-of-care (POC) testing


The candidate must have extensive experience in drug delivery or in vivo imaging. The candidate is expected to have one or more areas of the following expertise and skills:  surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) or near-infrared fluorescence for in vivo imaging, plasmonics, photodynamic therapy, photo-thermal therapy, theranostics, or targeted drug delivery for the personalized and precision medicine.

2. Postdoctor position in materials chemistry or photocatalysts


The expertise and skills in the synthesis and characterization of materials are required. Applicants must also have expertise in one of the following areas: nanomaterials; metal-organic framework (MOF); polymers, photocatalysts; photoelectrochemical cells; photoelectrochemistry; or surface plasmon resonance.
