Supramolecular chemistry requires multiple weak interactions to deliver self‐assembled catalysts with diverse structures, and orients substrates to achieve high activity and exceptional selectivity (as shown in the picture). Applications of hydrogen bonding as a construction element and as a directing group in recent supramolecular metal catalysis is presented. The concept has been successfully utilized in hydrogenation, hydroformylation, hydrocyanation, hydration, nitro‐aldol, epoxidation, and polymerization reactions, as well as C−H activation.
