In article 1800165, Xiangheng Xiao, Gongming Wang, and co‐workers develop an innovative carbon/nitrogen co‐implantation method and realize the “Midas touch” transformation of TiO2 nanorods during visible light PEC water splitting. The modified golden‐yellow TiO2 nanorod arrays yield an IPCE of 14.8% at 450 nm without any other co‐catalysts, which significantly broadens the optical response of intrinsic TiO2.
