The cover feature picture shows direct DNA recognition of a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) conjugate–Ru complex (Ru‐PNA) by double duplex invasion. As Ru‐PNA is anchored to DNA by the additional interaction of the Ru complex with DNA, Ru‐PNA forms a more stable duplex with DNA. This higher DNA binding affinity enhances the invasion efficiency even at physiological salt concentrations. More information can be found in the communication by Y. Aiba, O.
