Fluorinase‐catalysed radiosynthesis for PET: New amine‐ and acid‐functionalised fluorinase substrates can be attached to an extensive range of carboxylate‐ or amine‐containing bioactive molecules prior to their enzymatic radiolabelling with [18F]fluoride. Two new substrates of this class have been applied in a pretargeting approach for radiolabelling of conjugated antibodies and proteins for PET imaging.
