The cover feature picture shows how, by using an organometallic palladium reagent, we have developed a method to site‐specifically bioconjugate fluorescence onto the surface of living viruses in order to visualize the dynamic entry process. Labeling a living virus allows temporal imaging of its entry into host cell membranes on a timescale of seconds with little impact on virulence. This method should have broad applicability for monitoring virus entry. More information can be found in the communication by Z. Yin, Z.
