Membrane receptor bioimaging: A new screening method for application of membrane receptors in (pre‐)targeted theranostics, based on click chemistry and deactivatable fluorescence quenching, has been developed and used to achieve discrimination between the membranous and internalized receptor fractions through quantitative assessment of quenching/internalization kinetics.
