The front cover shows translocation of nuclear factor erythroid 2‐related factor 2 (Nrf2) enhancer to the nuclei that was induced by its novel enhancer: 1‐(4‐((3,4‐dihydroxybenzylidene)amino)phenyl)‐5‐oxopyrrolidine‐3‐carboxylic acid. This compound showed potent antioxidant properties through activation of genes related to antioxidative cellular response.
