In article number 1706634, Liping Heng and co‐workers present a new strategy for oil‐repellent materials based on a combination of conflicting properties using a heterostructure. An outer hydrophilic poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) hydrogel coating prevents the adhesion of various oils to the material underwater. The inner hydrophobic layer microstructure endows the material with excellent mechanical properties underwater.
