Quercetin, which is easily prepared from the flower buds of Sophora japonica, is found to exhibit aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) with excited‐state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT). In article number 1706196, Zhijun Chen, Shujun Li, Shouxin Liu, and co‐workers succeed in using the AIE fluorescence of quercetin with ESIPT for imaging the cytoplasm and for in vivo bioimaging. This is the first report of natural AIE luminogens.
