Vertical transistors based on a graphene/MoTe2 van der Waals heterostructure with V‐shaped ambipolar behaviors and their applications in analog circuits are demonstrated by Shi‐Jun Liang, Feng Miao, and co‐workers in article number 1700662. High‐performance analog functions including an output polarity controllable amplifier and frequency doubler can be realized with less electronic components compared to conventional scenarios.
