Iron‐Catalyzed Synthesis of Amines and Thioethers Directly from Allylic Alcohols

A straightforward and efficient approach for the synthesis of allylic amines and thioethers has been developed by an iron‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reaction using diphosphite ligand. The reaction between allylic alcohols and amines/thiols gave allylic amine and thioester. The method is compatible with various functional groups, affording products with high yield and monoallylation selectivity.
