Momordica charantia (M. charantia) has antidiabetic effects, and cucurbitane‐type triterpenoid is one of the compounds of M. charantia. This study aims to investigate whether the new cucurbitane‐type triterpenoids affect insulin sensitivity both in vitro and in vivo, and the underlying mechanisms.
