Ring for T: An enzymatic method to construct a DNA nanostructure from a simple motif called a T‐motif has been developed. A long, repeated structure is replicated from a circular template and then cleaved into T‐motifs by restriction enzymes. A DNA lattice is successfully self‐assembled from the enzyme‐treated solution.
