In article 1702437, Luis Sánchez and co‐workers describe the synthesis and self‐assembly of N‐heterotriangulenes 1–3 with a tunable energy landscape. Seeded and living supramolecular polymerizations are realized through the autocatalytic transformation of the metastable monomeric units, as well as the two competing off‐ and on‐pathway aggregates. The relevance of controlling pathway complexity in self‐assembling units, and new avenues for the investigation of complex and functional supramolecular structures are shown.
