Templated Prussian blue analogues on carbon cloth exhibit excellent water oxidation activity in an alkaline medium compared to their template-free analogues. In their Communication on page 1241 ff., T. Song et al. demonstrate a method to form self-supported Prussian blue analogue electrodes with enhanced mechanical stability, high electrical conductivity, and improved electrochemical surface area. A high anodic current for water oxidation was generated for more than 50 hours.
