The Front Cover shows photo‐triggered drug release from DNA‐microcapsules. The microcapsules were formed by assembly of the Y‐shaped DNA‐building blocks through hybridization of the corresponding overhang regions. Photoresponsive azobenzenes located within the connecting regions gave these DNA microcapsules photosensing abilities. Upon irradiation with light, the azobenzene units positioned at connecting regions between the building blocks were cis isomerized, and subsequently the microcapsules collapsed rapidly. This the resulted in the release of the doped compounds from the photosensing DNA microcapsule.
