We report the synthesis and magnetic properties of a μ2-OH bridged dinuclear Dy(III) single-molecule magnet (SMM), [Dy2(apca)42-OH)2(H2O)2]n (Dy, Hapca = 3-aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic acid), which was assembled in a two-dimensional (2D) network. Magnetic studies reveal that Dy exhibits ferromagnetic interactions, multi-process slow relaxation of magnetization and hysteresis loops. The influence of an external magnetic field and magnetic-site dilution on the magnetic properties was also studied.
