The power of parallel DNA computing for nucleic acid sensing was demonstrated by arranging DNA logic gates based on a G‐quadruplex peroxidase into a display producing an alphanumerical read‐out. The display ensured unambiguous and instrument‐free differentiation between inputs corresponding to rifampin‐resistant and rifampin‐sensitive M. tuberculosis.
