The cover feature picture shows a molecular toolkit for constructing synthetic antibodies. A new modular approach to post‐translationally assemble antibody‐like “devices” from well‐behaved antibody domains or “parts” by using the Spytag/SpyCatcher protein ligase system is demonstrated. This toolkit allows antibody parts to be assembled in configurations that are not possible with genetic engineering approaches. We predict that this modular approach will create optimized antibody devices in less time and at reduced costs. More information can be found in the communication by C. R.
