Siting cytidine: 2′-O-Methyl-5-hydroxymethylcytidine (hm5Cm), 5-hydroxymethylcytidine (hm5C) and 5-formylcytidine (f5C) phosphoramidite monomers have been synthesised and incorporated into RNA oligonucleotides.
