Inconel 625 alloy was fabricated using fused deposition modeling (FDM), an emerging advanced additive manufacturing (AM) technique. Subsequently, the effects of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) on its microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. Notably, HIP treatment significantly reduced the defect density, resulting in enhanced tensile ductility.
