A biomass recycling strategy was proposed for fabricating silicate-based bioceramics by hydrothermal mineralizing natural inorganic biomass. The naturally derived silicate-based bioceramics not only exhibited excellent flexibility but also possessed the ability to promote vascularized bone regeneration.
