位灯国教授，博士生导师，湖北省“百人计划”特聘教授，2009年博士毕业于北京大学。2009年到2015年分别在University College London 药学院以及University of Umea 化学系从事博士后研究，2015年入职华中农业大学理学院。目前，已在JACS, Nucleic Acid Res, J. Med. Chem. 等国际顶级学术期刊发表多篇论文，其中影响因子大于10 的4篇。

位灯国教授将综合应用结构生物学、化学生物学和计算模拟等技术方法，研究有望成为药物靶点的蛋白和核酸，阐明它们致病的结构基础与分子机制；并在原子分辨率水平上，揭示该类蛋白和核酸与配体（包括药物）的识别机制，结合计算模拟和药物合成，开展基于结构和基于疾病网络的药物小分子设计。研究领域覆盖化学生物学、生物化学、计算模拟、合成化学、药学等领域，学科交叉性强。

因工作需要，现招聘1-2名博士后研究人员、1-2名博士研究生以及1名科研助理

具有化学、生物学、农学、药学等相关学科教育背景博士研究生和硕士研究生。

一、博士后

1、积极阅读相关领域的前言文献，努力工作，完成研究课题与课题报告；

2、发表高质量SCI论文；

3、协助PI指导研究生，协助科研课题申报的等工作；

4、年薪15-20万（包括五险一金，国家基本工资福利）；

5、享受科研绩效奖励；

6、出站后视研究成果可有限考虑转为教师系列。

二、博士研究生

1、完成本专业规定课程，夯实理论基础；

2、积极阅读相关领域的前言文献，努力工作，完成与研究课题相关工作；

3、博士生待遇按学校相关政策执行，对于努力工作，积极发表论文的学生，课题组会给予额外的奖励。

三、科研助理

1、负责课题组日常运行管理；

2、能够独立完成课题组的科研任务或承担相关课题；协助课题组在相关课题中指导研究生；

3、试用期3个月，根据工作情况决定是否续聘，首次签订劳动合同为1年。工资福利等待遇按照学校人事处相关规定执行（月薪大约4000-6000元）。

Positions available for Ph.D. and Postdoctoral Candidates

The Group Head or P.I. Professor DengguoWei got his Ph.D. from Peking University in 2009. He joined the faculty of Sciences in Huazhong Agricultural University as Professor in 2015 after fulfill the requirement of postdoctoral research at University College London and UmeåUniversity.

His research interests focus on: bimolecular structures and their interactions with chemical compounds through structural biology, bio-physical assay and computational modeling. Until now Prof. Wei published articles in high Impact Factor Journals such as JACS, Nucleic Acid Research and Journal of Med. Chem.

We are now looking for highly motivated and self-discipline Ph.D., postdoctoral candidates and research assistant for working at College of Science, Huazhong Agriculture University.

1.Requirements for Ph.D. Fellowship:

a.Successful completion of Ph.D. dissertation.

b.Successful completion of Ph.D. course works.

c.Minimum number of publications, including 2 SCI articles.

d.Highly motivated and self-discipline.

2.Requirements for Postdoctoral Fellowship:

a.Highly motivated and self-discipline.

b.Excellent track record regarding projects completion and publications

c.Assist PI to make a learning environment for graduate students.

d.Publish high quality articles.

3.Requirements for Research Assistant:

a.Daily management of Laboratory matters.

b.Undertake projects and guide graduate students.

c.The tenure of employment will be one year. Further employment will depend on the work performance.

4.Background:

A candidatewith strong background in biochemistry, computational chemistry, molecular biology, drug chemistry or organic synthesis will highly appreciated.

5.Salary, Benefits and Fringes:

The university will allow CNY 150,000 per annum for Postdoctoral and CNY 4,000 to 6,000 per month for Research Assistant.
