A CoP-decorated g-C3N4 composite catalyst was developed for highly efficient and stable photocatalytic production of H2O2 under visible-light irradiation. The CoP nanoparticles act as a noble metal free cocatalyst for g-C3N4 to enhance the visible-light absorption and promote the separation of photogenerated charge carriers.
