A copper(I)‐catalyzed intermolecular cascade dearomatization reaction of 2‐substituted tryptophols with 3‐indolylphenyliodonium salts has been developed. This approach provided a direct and general access to versatile furoindolines with two quaternary stereogenic centers in good to excellent yields under mild reaction conditions.
