Introduction ： Mr. Chi Huang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University; an expert in the Innovation Zone of the Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission, an expert in the Army’s Firepower and Launch Group, the “Optics Valley Talent” of the East Lake Development Zone, and the military-civilian integration of aerospace power and materials technology in Hubei Province.
