蛋白质(-蛋白质/核酸)复合物的结构与功能研究:

(1)生物大分子复合物的结构与动力学的新方法研究

        在单体的NMR结构基础上,应用NMR方法(NOE, CSP, PRE, PCS, CEST,etc), EPR, HDX-MS, SAXS/SANS等方法,获取单体间的距离、取向和界面位点等不同信息,发展新的复合物结构研究方法。

(2)蛋白质-蛋白质/核酸复合物的结构与功能研究

        当前研究课题有:SP_0782-ssDNA, CV0373-dsRNA, TGIF1(HD)-DNA, INSM1(ZF)-DNA等课题。
