个人简介

谢二庆,男,汉族,1963年10月生,甘肃靖远人,博士,教授。凝聚态物理和材料物理与化学专业博士生导师。现任兰州大学电子材料研究所所长,兰州大学材料专业学科点负责人。 1995年毕业于兰州大学物理系,获理学博士学位;毕业后留校工作至今,先后被聘为副教授(1998)和教授(2001)。 1995-1996年日本文部省COE(Center Of Excellence)成员,日本国立无机材料研究所客员研究员。 1998-1999年加拿大曼尼托巴大学访问学者。 2002年英国曼彻斯特理工大学访问学者。 2001年获得教育部优秀青年资助计划。 2004年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。 2010年入选“甘肃省领军人才”第二层次。 2012年获得“全国优秀百篇博士论文指导教师”称号。
