个人简介

吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室副教授，吉林大学“学术骨干”海外引进人才。2007年博士毕业于德国乌尔姆大学固体物理系，师从Prof. Dr. Paul Ziemann。2007年-2008年，与课题组合作继续博士后研究；2008年-2013年在比利时海塞尔特大学材料科学所做资深研究员。研究兴趣涉及超硬多功能薄膜、纳米材料与器件、光伏器件等。如，立方氮化硼薄膜的外延生长、掺杂、电学和光学等多方面性质，低维纳米材料的可控制备与量子效应，材料表面的精细纳米构筑等。已经发表科研论文多篇，公开发明专利多项。目前主持的项目包括：国家自然科学基金2项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项、吉林省产业技术研究与开发专项1项、吉林省留学回国人员启动基金1项、吉林大学海外引进人才启动基金1项。
