科研项目关于结构矩阵与插值问题的研究，国家自然科学基金面上项目，2003.1--2005．12，主持人，已结题特殊矩阵与多项式和矩阵多项式的惯性问题，国家自然科学基金面上项目，2011.1--2013．12，副主持人数学专业基础课程建设，中国农业大学第三批基础课程建设项目，2011.5--2013.5，主持人博士生<<现代数学>>课程的教学改革研究，研究生教改项目，2008.1--2008.12,主持人，已结题高等数学学习指导，王来生主编，中国农业大学出版社，2005年10月第一版教学工作长期担任高等数学、线性代数、离散数学、复变函数与积分变换，以及数学专业的高等代数、抽象代数的基础课教学工作，还有研究生的现代数学、矩阵理论的教学工作所获奖项曾获宝钢教育基金优秀教师奖、中国农业大学优秀教师奖
