个人简介

2009年4月毕业于上海交通大学微纳米科学技术研究院,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,毕业后留校工作。主要从事微加工工艺和MEMS器件方面的研究工作。作为主要研究人员,先后参加了国家863计划课题“非硅表面微加工及柔性衬底技术”、国家自然科学基金“基于碳纳米管植布工艺的场发射阴极制备技术研究”、上海市科委“基于电化学微加工CNT场发射阴极制备及其示范应用”等项目的研究工作。并参与了国家自然科学基金“肾小球滤过膜人工模拟的初步探索”的金属医用微结构支架外协加工工作。主要涉及的研究内容包括MEMS器件的仿真设计和微加工工艺探索,共在国内外核心期刊上发表文章13篇,其中第一作者英文文章4篇,SCI收录3篇。
