个人简介

1990年和1995年在兰州大学生物系分别获学士和硕士学位; 2002年在中科院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所获得博士学位; 1995年-1999年,在兰州大学生物系任教(讲师); 2002年-2004年挪威农业大学(现挪威生命科学大学)化学与生物技术系博士后; 2004年9月开始在上海交通大学生命学院微生物分子生态学与基因组学实验室任副教授,2013年开始任研究员。 2006年-2007年在法国里昂第一大学微生物生态学实验室(UMR CNRS 5557)访问研究。 2006年起担任中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员,上海市微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员。现任上海市微生物学会常务理事、副秘书长。《微生物学通报》、《Applied Environmental Biotechnology》编委, PLoS ONE、Research in Microbiology等国际SCI刊物及国内多个核心期刊的审稿人。

研究领域

微生物群落的分子生态学与生态基因组学; 有机污染物反硝化降解菌群结构和功能关系研究; 农田土壤系统中反硝化菌群与氮循环关系研究。 涉及工业废水微生物处理过程微生物群落结构与功能分析、功能菌分离、功能基因的克隆、元基因组学、以及农业土壤环境的分子生态学、石油油藏微生物分子分析等方面的研究。
