个人简介

沙威,男,1982年4月出生。2003年7月与2008年6月先后毕业于安徽大学,分别获得电子信息工程专业工学学士学位和电磁场与微波技术专业工学博士学位。2008年7月至2012年5月,在香港大学电机电子工程系从事博士后研究工作;2012年6月至2017年7月担任该系研究助理教授、博士生导师。2018年3月至2019年3月,获得欧盟"地平线2020"研究与创新框架下的"玛丽居里学者计划"资助,赴伦敦大学学院进修。2017年10月加入浙江大学,现任信息与电子工程学院长聘副教授、博士生导师,并担任电磁信息与电子集成创新研究所副所长。2023年8月至2024年8月,兼任计算机科学与技术学院副院长(双专计划)。2021年11月至2022年11月,担任华为技术有限公司电磁信息论专家及独立顾问;2022年12月至2025年12月,出任逍遥科技有限公司首席科学家。 已合作出版专著2部,参与编写专著章节10章。发表SCI期刊论文220篇,受邀作国际会议主题报告7次,短课程3次,分会邀请报告40次。Google Scholar总引用次数达12,680次,h指数为59。现为国际电气电子工程师学会(IEEE)高级会员,并担任IEEE天线与传播学会浙江分会创始主席;同时是国际光学学会(OSA)终身会员、中国电子学会高级会员(青年科学家俱乐部成员)、中国通信学会高级会员。曾在AP-S/URSI、APEMC、APMC、ICEICT、GSMM、ICMMT、NEMO、APCAP、CSQRWC、EDAPS、EMC COMPO、ACES、ICCEM、PIERS等国际会议担任程序委员会主席/共同主席或委员。作为审稿专家,为60余种国际期刊提供评审服务,并担任剑桥大学出版社、CRC出版社特邀评审人,以及欧盟“玛丽居里”博士后基金、比利时弗兰德研究基金、波兰国家科学中心基金、荷兰研究理事会基金等项目评审人。现任《IEEE Journal on Multiscale and Multiphysics Computational Techniques》《IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation》《IEEE Access》《电磁科学》《电波科学学报》等期刊编委。曾获国际应用计算电磁学会(ACES)技术成就奖、安徽省科学技术奖自然科学类二等奖、电磁教育大使奖、光子与电磁学研究国际研讨会(PIERS)青年科学家奖。指导的学生论文9次获得国际会议最佳学生论文奖。 2017年至今,持续担任国家自然科学基金(包括面上项目、海外优秀青年项目、国际合作项目、原创探索项目)、教育部“青年长江学者”奖励计划、教育部“青年拔尖”人才工程等人才项目,以及国家科学技术奖的通讯评审专家;同时作为会评专家参与科技部创新人才推进计划、科技部重点研发计划、合肥综合性国家科学中心项目、深圳市孔雀团队项目等评审工作。

现为国际电气电子工程师学会(IEEE)高级会员,并担任IEEE天线与传播学会浙江分会创始主席;同时是国际光学学会(OSA)终身会员、中国电子学会高级会员(青年科学家俱乐部成员)、中国通信学会高级会员。曾在AP-S/URSI、APEMC、APMC、ICEICT、GSMM、ICMMT、NEMO、APCAP、CSQRWC、EDAPS、EMC COMPO、ACES、ICCEM、PIERS等国际会议担任程序委员会主席/共同主席或委员。作为审稿专家,为60余种国际期刊提供评审服务,并担任剑桥大学出版社、CRC出版社特邀评审人,以及欧盟“玛丽居里”博士后基金、比利时弗兰德研究基金、波兰国家科学中心基金、荷兰研究理事会基金等项目评审人。现任《IEEE Journal on Multiscale and Multiphysics Computational Techniques》《IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation》《IEEE Access》《电磁科学》《电波科学学报》等期刊编委。
