个人简介
陈晓明，浙江大学博士、研究员、博士生导师，德国洪堡学者，日本学术振兴会特邀研究员，浙江省杰出青年科学基金获得者，浙江省“计划”青年拔尖人才。
长期从事无线通信和网络领域的基础理论和技术应用的研究，承担和完成了多项国家和省部级科研项目、以及企业委托项目。出版专著2部，在权威国际期刊IEEE Transactions/Journal/Magazine和重要国际会议IEEE GLOBECOM/ICC/WCNC上发表高水平学术论文100余篇，其中多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文，获授权国家发明专利20多项。研究成果获教育部自然科学奖、中国电子学会自然科学奖、浙江省通信学会自然科学奖和国际会议最佳论文奖。
IEEE、中国电子学会和中国通信学会高级会员。担任IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、IEEE Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Communications Letters、信号处理和电子学报等多本国内外重要期刊的（客座）编委，是IEEE JSAC、TSP、TWC、TCOM、TVT、ComMag、WirelessMag、CL、SPL、WCL等国际期刊和IEEE GLOBECOM、ICC、WCNC、VTC等国际会议的活跃审稿人，获2014年度IEEE Communications Letters和2015-2018年度IEEE Transactions on Communications的模范审稿人。
