研究领域

主要从事模拟与数模混合集成电路技术研究,包括: 集成电路与SoC的低功耗技术研究; 生物医疗电子技术与系统芯片的设计研究; 神经信号的监测记录及在医学诊断与治疗中的应用; 高精度低功耗数据转换芯片研究; 高性能电源管理集成电路研究。
