I have a continued interest in the understanding of proteome changes associated with biological process, how it differs in various cell's and how's altered in disease states. Currently, my research aim to understand the tumour-suppressor role of a small actin-binding protein, profilin 1 (Pfn1), in tumor cell invasion and metastasis as well as to characterize the role of microtubule associated proteins in cancer drug resistance.
