研究领域

1. 天然产物及药物分子毒理学研究以动物细胞、转基因酵母细胞、秀丽线虫、斑马鱼及小鼠等多种模式生物，通过特定基因、蛋白质表达分析及分子生物标志物分析等研究天然药用资源和药物的分子毒理机制，为临床合理用药和新药研发提供重要理论依据。 2. 天然产物改造和生物转化研究通过化学和生物学方法对天然大分子物质进行结构改造，以提高生物分子体内活性和生物利用度，并降低其毒性，为天然药物和药用资源开发提供基础。 3. 高附加值天然产物的活性发掘及产业化研究以天然藻源及微生物来源高附加值产物的活性发掘和产业化开发为目标，研究天然产物制备、活性作用机理及产业化开发关键技术，包括活性成分的高效提取和分离技术、基于整体动物水平的活性因子高通量筛选技术、功能因子的纳米微囊化制备技术等，推进其产业化开发进程和微藻生物技术的创新和发展。
