个人简介

学习经历 1999 年 - 2003 年,浙江大学生命科学学院,生物技术专业,获学士学位。 2003 年 - 2006 年,浙江大学生命科学学院,微生物专业,获硕士学位。 2006 年 - 2012 年,美国辛辛那提大学医学院,分子毒理专业,获博士学位。 主要工作经历与任职情况 2012 年 2 月 - 2018 年 2 月,美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校医学院,从事博士后研究工作。 2018 年 3 月 - 2023 年 1 月,武汉大学生命科学学院,担任研究员。 2023 年 2 月 - 至今,武汉大学生命科学学院,担任教授。

研究领域

基因转录为细胞基础生命活动之一。基因组核酸结构R环由转录产生,受细胞高度调控,在机体发育、肿瘤与神经退行性疾病等重大疾病发生过程中起重要作用。相关研究方向包括 1)R环的动态调节机制; 2)转录异常对R环调控与基因组稳定性的影响; 3)R环调节组织发育和肿瘤发生的分子基础。 组织中转录调控的时空特异性和细胞间异质性,是细胞分化和肿瘤异质性及耐药的重要原因之一。相关研究方向包括: 1)肿瘤细胞可塑性、异质性的转录调控基础; 2)肿瘤演化中的转录动态调控。
