研究领域

⑴细胞膜重要脂质代谢产物功能研究：已知花生四烯酸被环氧化酶（COX）、脂氧酶（LOX）和细胞色素P450(CYP)酶代谢生成上百种结构相似，但具有不同生物活性的代谢产物，在生命活动和多种重大疾病过程中发挥重要的作用。然而，许多重要花生四烯酸代谢产物的作用机制和关键作用靶点等尚不清楚。本研究主要从事细胞膜重要脂质代谢产物调控肿瘤血管生成和转移等作用的研究，将为探索新靶标、新抗癌药物以及肿瘤防治提供新思路。
