陈松岩 - 厦门大学 - 物理科学与技术学院

个人简介

陈松岩，男，教授，1966年7月出生，1993年攻读博士学位，在博士期间曾参加863项目－1.55μm量子阱激光器与HBT单片集成光发射机研制，在国内利用低压MOCVD技术生长出1.55μm的量子阱激光器和满足光电集成的需HBT和 MESFET等器件。1995年博士毕业以后，在厦门大学任教至今，1997-1998年，在此期间在俄罗斯莫斯科国立大学物理系作访问学者。96年为厦门大学优秀青年骨干教师，2000年-2001年曾获福建省科技进步二等奖，厦门市科技进步三等奖。自工作以来承担863国家高新技术项目、国家基金项目、国家教育部优秀青年骨干教师项目、留学回国基金项目、福建省青年重点基金项目、高新技术项目、省基金项目、国际合作项目等，发表论文30余篇，现任福建省物理学会常务理事。
