研究领域

研究方向:微机电系统(MEMS)和化学、物理学的交叉学科研究和应用。 利用多学科交叉的研究方法,发展纳米尺度芯片的新型制造工艺方法及其谱学、电学联用表征技术,聚焦于固液界面的分子吸附、分子组装、分子操控等基础科学问题研究,并开展纳电子原理性器件、微反应器、能源电化学等领域的应用问题研究。
