2008年,厦门大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,博士学位; 2009年至今,厦门大学生命科学学院,助理教授/副教授/教授; 2011年至今,厦门大学公共卫生学院,助理教授/副教授/教授。

研究领域

本课题组研究领域为抗体与疫苗,主要涉及两个研究方向:其一,从事流感病毒、冠状病毒和疱疹病毒等相关病毒性传染病的基础研究与应用转化研究,主要依托成熟的小鼠、大鼠、兔和鸡禽等单克隆抗体技术平台筛选出识别新型病毒靶标/表位的功能性抗体,并指导预防性疫苗、治疗性抗体药物和免疫诊断试剂盒的研发,研制的鼻喷流感载体新冠疫苗已在我国获批紧急使用。其二,从事肿瘤诊治领域研究,基于“以毒攻毒”的策略,将特定病毒经基因编辑改造发展成可治疗癌症的新型溶瘤病毒药物;基于功能抗体的正向筛选技术发现新型肿瘤特异性靶标,以指导新型肿瘤治疗性抗体药物和肿瘤特异诊断试剂研发。
