教育背景 1994.9- 1997.4 中国科学院生态环境研究中心获得博士学位，自然资源管理（汤鸿霄院士） 1994.9-1994.12, 亚洲理工大学（泰国曼谷）学习地理信息系统和遥感及其在自然资源管理中的应用。 1991.9- 1994.7 清华大学环境工程系获得硕士学位，环境管理和规划（何强教授）。 1984.9- 1988.7 南昌航空工业学院环境工程专业获得本科学位. 工作经历 8/1997- 现在北京大学讲师(1997-2000)，副教授(2000-2006)，教授(2006-现在) 1/2002- 5/2002 布朗大学，美国 UNEP环境项目Watson 国际学者 8/2006-6/2007 加州大学（伯克利），美国国务院福布莱特(Fulbright )研究学者

研究领域

长期从事干旱地区草场管理、自然资源管理的社区参与、自然保护区的公共物品属性及管理的制度安排等领域的研究。
