个人简介

李薇博士2002年在北京大学生命科学学院获得学士学位,2009年在美国加利福尼亚州大学戴维斯分校获遗传学博士学位,之后在美国加利福尼亚州大学旧金山分校从事博士后研究。2011-2013年在中国科学院生物物理研究所担任副研究员,2013年加入清华大学医学院担任副研究员。

研究领域

研究神经细胞发育的调控机制 以线虫胚胎和神经前体细胞为对象,发展了活体荧光显微成像方法和基于CRISPR-Cas9的条件性基因突变方法,研究细胞的分裂模式和细胞分化机制,神经前体细胞发育的调控机制。
