个人信息 张辉,男,1977年出生于浙江兰溪,现为浙江大学材料系硅材料国家重点实验室教授。 教育背景 1995-1999年 浙江大学 材料科学与工程专业 获学士学位 1999-2005年 浙江大学 材料物理与化学专业 获博士学位 2009-2011年美国Washington University in St. Louis 访问学者(师从Younan Xia教授) 工作经历 2005-2006年 浙江大学 材料科学与工程系 任讲师 2006-2014年 浙江大学 材料科学与工程系 任副教授 2010-至今 浙江大学 材料科学与工程系 任博士生导师 2014-至今 浙江大学 材料科学与工程学院 任教授 学术成绩概况 近年来主要开展了氧化镓的晶体生长、掺杂以及缺陷控制研究。目前已在Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际著名期刊上发表SCI 论文180余篇;被SCI 他引次10000余次,H 因子为60;获授权国家发明专利20余项。 承担并主持国家自然科学优秀青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、“973计划”子课题、“863计划”子课题、国际科技合作重大项目、国家重大专项子课题、浙江省自然科学基金、博士点新教师基金等。 2015年入选国家万人计划“青年拔尖人才计划”。获国家发明专利10余项,和国外学者合作参与编写英文专著2本。2013年获国家自然科学二等奖(排名第二)。2008年获浙江省科学技术一等奖1项(排名第三)。2007年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖。
