个人简介

浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室直接攻读博士学位研究生,由浙江大学硅料国家重点实验室与德国亥姆霍兹国家研究中心联合会于利希(Jülich)研究中心光伏研究所 (IEK-5) 联合培养,博士生导师是杨德仁教授,德方的指导老师是黄跃龙博士和Friedhelm Finger博士。博士论文工作期间在国际学术期刊上以第一作者发表十余篇科学论文,且多次在国际学术会议上做学术报告。

太阳能电池用具有高电导率和高透光的微晶碳化硅窗口层材料的制备,材料性能表征,及其在太阳能电池上的应用
