秦勇,男,1976年5月出生,山东人,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授,优青,霍英东教育基金获得者,教育部新世纪优秀人才,甘肃省“五四青年奖章”获得者。担任中国青年科技工作者协会(青科协)第五届理事会常务理事、青科协材料专委会副秘书长、中国材料研究学会理事、中国材料研究学会青年工作委员会理事、中国材料研究学会环境材料分会理事、全国半导体材料与设备标准化技术委员会微光刻分委会委员、中国工程物理研究院国家能源新材料技术研发中心学术委员会委员、兰州大学学报编委、科技部863 项目评审专家
