个人简介

Dr. Bao is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Houston. He graduated from Zhejiang University with B.S. and M.S. in physics in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. in applied physics in 2003 from the University of Michigan. He then did post-doctoral research at Harvard University before joining the University of Houston in 2008 as an assistant professor. His current research covers many interdisciplinary topics ranging from solar energy conversion to fiber optic sensing. Synthesis, Patterning, and Assembly In aim to exploit novel properties of nanomaterials and build functional systems, we make efforts to synthesize, pattern, and integrate structures with control of physical dimension, morphology, chemical composition, and crystalline phase.
