个人简介

Aileen holds the degrees of bachelor of science in dietetics and bachelor of science in pharmacy from UBC. She completed a hospital residency at Lions Gate Hospital. Aileen has more than 15 years of experience from various areas of pharmacy practice, and extensive experience working with a variety of interprofessional health care teams and stakeholders. Prior to joining UBC, Aileen worked at the BC Ministry of Health. In that role, she was responsible for developing and implementing educational outreach initiatives for health professionals and the public. She also had the opportunity to assist the Documentation Working Group of the Long-term Care Committee with a review of the documentation requirements for the provision of medication reviews for residents in long-term care facilities. Aileen is a co-coordinator for the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience - Institutional (PHAR 489) course.
